Idul Adha 2009 / 1430

Today is Idul Adha. Idul Adha or Idul Qurban or Eid ul Adha is the other big celebration done by Moslems after Idul Fitri and today is the first time I create a blog post right on the day of Idul Adha. It is how I celebrate it.

As all Moslems in the world celebrate Idul Adha, cows and sheeps are crying. They are to be slaughtered. This ritual reflects or follows the path of Ibrahim who was ordered by God to slaughter his son Ismail as a form of his obedience to God.

Happy Idul Adha everyone!
